What Is “UnF*cked” - Beyond The Matrix Sisterhood Gathering?

Sisters, it's time to reconnect with your divine truth.

Being “UnF*cked” is about reclaiming your power, self-discovery, and empowerment to live beyond the illusions of the modern world.  It is about stepping into clarity, authenticity, and soverign existence. Going “Beyond The Matrix” means transcending the constraints of the conditioned world—like cultural norms, expectations, or internalized fears—that prevent us from living fully, consciously, and in alignment with purpose and truth.


This gathering isn’t a typical “retreat” — it’s a remembering and a gathering of incredible women all sharing our beautiful energy with each other.  Think less "retreat/planned agenda style" but more casual fun and play, group vacation type thing. To connect, play, receive, co-create, rest, and explore.… together? Consider it the sacred pause we all deserve. A celebration of being UnF*cked — not because we have it all figured out, but because we’re choosing to live beyond the illusions that keep us small, disconnected, or performing.

We will still have some optional group activities and excursions. Perhaps other participants want to share an offering or bring some of your gifts. You'll get some nervous system nourishment, quality time with me, and meet other likeminded friends. We can shoot some content/reels, photographs, or whatever lights you up, very casual and very flexible and very fun. This will still be a space to be held, seen, and unf*cked in the most loving ways.

  • Trauma-Aware Space Holding: The energy of the container is grounded in deep safety and awareness. With a seasoned trauma-informed guide present, the space will be lovingly attuned to nervous system needs and authentic emotional expression.

  • Not Another Retreat—A Remembrance: This isn’t a schedule full of activities. It’s a sanctuary. A pause. A remembering of who you are when you’re not performing, pleasing, or pretending.

Lunita Jungle Retreat Center is located in the Riviera Maya, in a town called Puerto Morelos just 30 minutes from Cancun Airport.

Despite the easy accessibility, the center is nestled in the heart of an untouched jungle paradise. Surrounding you is a symphony of wilderness: the vibrant calls of nature, the soft murmur of the lush canopy sharing its timeless wisdom, and the soothing embrace of the environment. This tranquil haven invites you to reconnect, rejuvenate, and find peace in the arms of untouched beauty. Nature’s gentle embrace offers a sanctuary for deep rejuvenation, healing, and connection.

In this SIX days and five nights, ALL-INCLUSIVE women only gathering, you will be staying in these beautiful bungalows with the majesty of the jungle as your closest neighbor. Designed for deep rest and privacy, these rooms provide a personal escape into comfort and elegance with plenty of hot water, shampoo, body wash, and towels for your convenience. Each room also offers a mini-fridge and air conditioning for added comfort.​

Each room is equipped with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, a private bathroom, and a private garden.

    Lulu Liao is a Somatic & Holistic Trauma Therapist ready to hold the sacred space where your bare soul can be witnessed, honored, & cherished. As an Asian LGBTQ+ woman who once navigated her own shadows of addiction, trauma, and abuse, she bore witness to the jagged edges of existence & the yearning to feel safe & whole. So from the ashes of despair arose a steadfast spirit, a guardian of the wounded, & a harbinger of hope to help others transform their suffering.

    Trained in countless modalities - whether it’s through Somatic Experiencing, Spinal Energetics, Sound Healing/Reiki, Breathwork, Therapeutic Yoga/Qi-Gong, Movement Therapy, Psychedelic Therapy, or other creative experiential approaches, she has an unparalleled ability to hold a safe container and compassionately guide others through their own metamorphosis.
